Title: 3 Cheese Garden Pizza

Yield: 1 Serving

1pkRefrigerated pizza crust
1mdTomato; sliced
1mdZucchini; sliced
1 Onion; sliced
1cMushrooms; sliced
2 Garlic; pressed
1cMozzarella cheese; shredded
1cCheddar cheese; shredded
1tsItalian seasoning
1/4cParmesan cheese; grated

Preheat oven to 400. Roll out pizza crust onto 15-inch Baking Stone using Dough and Pizza Roller. Bake crust 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned. M eanwhile, prepare your vegetables. Finely slice tomato, zucchini and onion using Grater-Slicer. Thinl y slice mushrooms using Egg Slicer. Press garl ic over par-baked crust with Garlic Press; spread with Skinny Scraper. Cov er crust with Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese. Top cheese with sliced tomato; sprinkle with seasoning. Layer zucchini, onion and mushrooms over tomatoes. Grate Parmesan cheese over top using Cheese Grater. Bake an add itional 15-18 minutes. If desired, pass Magic Mop over pizza to absorb exc ess oil.

NOTES : 1 can pizza sauce can be substituted for sliced tomato.
